Day 01: Arrival Day – Hanoi

Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam!

Arrive in Hanoi, where our guide will meet you at the airport and assist with your private transfer to the hotel. Enjoy early check-in to relax and freshen up after your journey.

At 12:30, a private transfer (no guide) will take you to a local Indian restaurant for lunch.

In the afternoon, embark on a half-day Hanoi city tour from 14:00 to 19:00. Begin with an external visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a walk around Ba Dinh Square, a site of great historical significance. Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, a serene Buddhist temple set on the edge of Westlake. Stop at Train Street at 15:00, a unique spot where you can enjoy coffee while trains pass through the narrow alleyway.

Explore the bustling Dong Xuan Market, perfect for discovering local goods and souvenirs. Then, visit Hoan Kiem Lake, home to the iconic Turtle Tower, and the Ly Thai To Statue, honoring the founder of Hanoi. Conclude your tour with a visit to St. Joseph Cathedral, a stunning neo-Gothic church.

At 19:00, a private transfer (no guide) will take you to an Indian restaurant for dinner before returning to your hotel for the night.

Day 02: Ninh Binh

Breakfast at Hotel.

Embark on an enriching expedition through the captivating landscapes of Ninh Binh province, commencing at 9:00 in the morning with a warm welcome from our amiable guide.

11h00: Visit Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the first capital of Vietnam, you will be impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century. (If you prefer not to cycle, we will transfer you by bus to Hoa Lu, where our tour guide will meet you and guide you to the temples)

12h30 : Have Lunch at Indian Restaurant

14:00 | Visit Tam Coc by 1.5-hour bamboo boat. You will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, clouds, sky, and a stunning cave system during the boat trip. All of them make a masterpiece that the Vietnamese people called “Ha Long Bay on land.”

17h00: The minivan will transfer you to Hotel.

At 19:00, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant, with a private transfer provided (no guide).

Day 03: Halong Bay overnight cruise

Breakfast at Hotel.

08:30: Private transfer pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Depart to Halong Bay for 2.5 Hours.

11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor.

12:00 – 12:30 Welcome to the Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Complete check-in procedure.

13:00: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong – Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area. Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

15:45: You will do kayaking under our tour guide’s instructions in so many beautiful spots, then Swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

Heading back toward the sleeping area.

18.00: Come back to our Cruise and participate in our Sunset party. Take photos and relax.

19:00: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.

21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, squid fishing, relaxing with massage service and overnight on the Cruise.

Day 04: Halong – Hanoi – Da Nang

7:00-7:45: Have breakfast. Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

08:00: Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets Tourists visit the famous Frog Pond. Here you can freely kayak and explore the landscape, or swim…

09:15: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.

9:30: Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure and enjoy your last lunch at the cruise.

11:30: Cruise are landing Tuan Chau Harbor, tourist say goodbye to sailors and finish the cruise.

After finishing your cruise trip, private transfer will take you directly to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Da Nang, scheduled for around 5 PM.

Upon arrival in Da Nang, you will be met with a private airport transfer (no guide) that will take you to your hotel. Along the way, enjoy a stop at an Indian restaurant for dinner before continuing to the hotel for check-in and relaxation.

Day 05: Da Nang

Breakfast at Hotel.

8:30AMTransfer to Ba Na hills(35km from Danang center) and get on the Sun world Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable c ar to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden…flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda. Enjoy a walk across the famous Golden Bridge and admire the panoramic view over the area of mountain and lush trees.

Have lunch in Ba Na.

After lunch, free at leisure for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, the death race, dinosaur park…

At 19:00, savor a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 06: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh

Breakfast at Hotel.

9.00: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel

Start your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut for being a fisherman at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, you will experience about learning traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the tranquil coconut palm waterways of the past war. On this tour, we provide authentic social and cultural insight into the local way of life in Vietnam. Furthermore, you will take part in some hands-on activities which are fun, safe, and interested are suitable for everybody.

At noon, Have lunch at Indian restaurant

Afterward, proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town for a guided walking tour. Explore its charming streets adorned with lanterns, visit historic landmarks such as the Japanese Covered Bridge and old assembly halls, and immerse yourself in the cultural and architectural beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

1.  Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues, and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings.
2. You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. Especially, you will enjoy art shows at Hoi Traditional Performing Arts House.
3.  Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.
4. Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.

In the evening, take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. A private transfer (no guide) will bring you to the airport for departure. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, another private transfer (no guide) will take you to your hotel, with a stop for dinner at an Indian restaurant en route.

Day 07: Ho Chi Minh

Breakfast at hotel.

8:00am: Our guide picks you up at your hotel to go to Cu Chi Tunnel for one and half hours by minivan.

The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers along the side of road. You will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, when Cu Chi was “A Free Target Zone “. The remnants you will see that Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there. Ever wonder what it feels like to fire an AK-47? Visit Cu chi tunnels, you have a chance to find out! The bullets cost you extra.

Then we will depart from Cu Chito My Tho city for two hours by car. On the way to My Tho, we stop at restaurant to have a lunch.

Upon arrival to My Tho City, the boat takes you to small canal, where is the place you totally escape from the busy town. The boat cruise in the coconut trees canal takes you to a coconut island in Ben Tre. We disembark and have a walk around the village. Stop at a local family to enjoy tropical fruit, taste honey tea, honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music, performance by the villagers.

Continue walking on the village’s road to coconut candy shop, learn how to make candy, show some handicraft made by coconut tree. Take a walk-through village with two sides there are so many kinds of fruits, flowers, trees, local houses, children in Mekong delta, take your time to have nice photos and enjoy nature scenery.

17:00 – 17:30 going back Ho Chi Minh City.

19:00 Tour ends at your hotel.

Day 08: Departure

Breakfast at hotel. (Standard of check-out time is at 1200hrs).

At 12:00, a private transfer (no guide) will take you to an Indian restaurant for lunch.

In the afternoon, embark on a half-day tour of Ho Chi Minh City from 14:00 to 18:00. Begin with a photo stop at the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, followed by a visit to the Central Post Office, a stunning French colonial building designed by Gustave Eiffel. Continue to the Reunification Palace, a historic site linked to the end of the Vietnam War, and the War Remnants Museum, which offers a thought-provoking look at Vietnam’s history. Visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda, an atmospheric temple with intricate carvings and rich cultural significance.

Conclude the tour with a drop-off at Ben Thanh Market, where you can shop for souvenirs, handicrafts, and local products at your leisure.

At 19:00, a private transfer (no guide) will take you to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Afterward, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home, marking the end of your memorable trip. It’s time to say goodbye, we thank you for traveling with us and warmly welcome you to come again. Safe travels!

Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any changes to the departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.

Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won’t affect to the sites to see and other activities afterward, if you leave later than the written time;

1.  you will certainly have a shorter visiting time.
2. you will have to cut some of the sightseeing places.
3. you may have to pay extra.

Your change of activities: If you wish to change the site to visit or other activities, please inform us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.

Extra charges can be applied to changes (time and activities) such as tour guide and driver are working more than the confirmed details.

ACCOMMODATION:

Check-in time of hotel is after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm

Notes: Hotel/Cruise can be changed into similar standard, depending on the availability.

FOOD:

If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet, please let us know well beforehand, we cannot cancel / amend the booking within a day.

Meals are served as a set menu in the local restaurant (except for the cruise) unless you have special requests.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the international one.

The processing time is 7 working days, but we highly recommend you to send us all passport copies, passport photos and international flight tickets 14 days before the tour starts.
